Bloom out of the Gloom Event

Seven weeks to go until our Keep On Blooming Wellbeing Day SWAN Women’s Centre Sefton taking place on Sunday 29 September 2024.

Ticket price includes a hot drink and a pastry/blonde/brownie and/or some fruit before heading in for their first 2 well-being sessions, then a hearty lunch, followed by 2 more well-being sessions.

Those attending will choose from four group sessions which will include:

Qi Gong
Somatic Exercise
Pilates
Group hypnotherapy
Indian head massage
Reiki
Your Ikigai / Vision Boarding
Aromatherapy essential oils workshop
